The Florida Psychoanalytic Foundation promotes knowledge about psychoanalysis and supports the work of the Florida Psychoanalytic Institute, Society and Library.

With Donations received the Foundation has recently:

• Purchased a new computer and a new copy machine for the Office
  
  
• Purchased subscriptions to four journals for the Library (Psychoanalytic Quarterly, Journal of the American Psychoanalytic Association, Psychoanalytic Inquiry and the International Journal of Psychoanalysis)
  
  
• Paid the insurance and property tax for the Office
  
  
• Helped underwrite recruitment events
  
  
• Contributed towards the rent of the Library
  
  
• Foundation Volunteer help includes: creating an updated membership directory, supporting the production and distribution of the Psychoanalytic Newsletter, updating the master mailing list for the Society, Institute and Foundation, and design work for the FPS Scientific Meetings brochure.
